Lynn Johnson has 40 years in the Personal Care Industry. She is a six figure stylist working 3 days a week. She is looking for that Ideal Stylist that she can grow and pass the torch onto. 

An Ideal stylist listens to their clients and does a thorough consultation before touching their hair.  Someone who is teachable and can challenger her. A little bit detailed orientated, yet creative. Neat and organzied, willing to work evenings, must be independent and self-sufficiant.  Has 3-5 years in the industry.
